This Champagne is made in the village of Boursault, in the region of Champagne and has matured in cellars during 3 years. Its fruity and light taste will make it perfect for a nice aperitif with friends or to celebrate a special occasion.
The region of Champagne has an ancient tradition of wine-growing: the Romans were the first to plant wineyards there. However it is only in the 17th century that Champagne became popular, both in the French and British Royal courts.

Pinot Noir: 45%, Chardonnay: 10%, Pinot Meunier: 45%

The drink is named after Félix Kir (1876-1968), mayor of Dijon in Burgundy, who popularized the drink by offering it at receptions to visiting delegations.
